Values & Principles
These values and principles are aligned to the NQF: by providing Seta and NQF aligned training programmes, we allow learners to enter the education and training system and to move and progress through it. Programmes/Learnerships enable learners to develop to their full potential and are thus able to support the social and economical development of the country. The programme/Learnerships are spread across the NQF levels thus making it easier for learners to enter the education and training system at various points.
